Thoroughly impressed with what you are doing – you are a brave man to be blogging this for the world to see!
I was once told, though, to only do the weigh-in weekly, as daily fluid fluctuations (and hormones!!) sometimes made for inaccurate – and depressing! – results. But keep going, you’ll get there.

Thanks Jaquie… part of the purpose is to use it as a ‘motivational tool’ to make me obligated to keep on the path…
… and another large part is so that I can see how far I’ve come along that path!
It’s so easy to forget just how far you’ve come when you’re in the middle of this sort of diet and the blog let’s me look back and realise that, as hard as it’s been, I’ve come a long way.
Still a long way to go of course… but at least I’m trying
As for the daily weight chart… it’s really there for other people not just for me. I figure anyone who is in a similar position to me will read it, see the chart, and realise it *is* normal for weight to fluctuate (in both directions!!) from day to day, and even from week to week, but that so long as the overall trend is downward then the low carbohydrate diet regime can (and will!) work.
and today’s weight is?
Took me a while to work out what you’d done here. I wasn’t aware I’d left the pages open to comment!
Today’s weight added.
